Refund Policy

1. Credit-Based Model

evaluate.club operates on a pre-paid credit system. You purchase credits in advance, and credits are consumed when you create evaluation forms. This policy explains how refunds work for credit purchases.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Full refund: Your purchase was made within the last 7 days and no credits have been used from that purchase
  • Partial refund: Your purchase was made within the last 7 days and only some credits have been used — the unused portion is eligible for refund

3. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Credits that have already been consumed (used to create evaluation forms)
  • Free bonus credits received during onboarding or promotions

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to business@budify.cloud with:

  • Your organization name
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

5. Processing

We will review your refund request within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed through Polar (polar.sh), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Polar handles the actual refund transaction on our behalf. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly at business@budify.cloud before initiating a chargeback through your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
